                                                               BYLAWS OF THE BOARD

                            PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE

Unless otherwise provided in the bylaws of the Board of Education, the Board shall
conduct all its meetings in accord with Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised.
