      Chair A. Domeika called the meeting to order at 5:32PM.

          There will be an adjustment in the February date for 2021.

          To approve the proposed Policy Committee Meeting Dates for 2021with adjustment in
          February date.

      Discussion ensued regarding the possibility of job sharing when feasible in the
      District. A language change to clarify some points will be made prior to sharing with
      the full BOE.

      Discussion of language updates to reflect current protocol under Section 504 of the
      ADA.
  5.4 *5145.11P Questioning and Apprehension
      Language updates clarify the previous policy.

      To send 4113.4P Job Sharing, 5141.22P Communicable/Infectious Diseases, and
      5145.11P Question and Apprehension, with revisions, to the full BOE for a first
      reading.

      Complete Series 5000 Students and continue review of Series 4000 Personnel policies as
      needed. The Committee will also address any immediate need for COVID-19 related
      policies.
