1. CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
   Chair Domeika called the meeting to order at 5:30PM.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
   None.

   To approve the September 14, 2020 Personnel Committee meeting minutes.

      Human Resources Director Shannon Ramsby provided an overview of hiring and personnel
      initiatives.

     The Committee discussed priorities for talent management, strategies for seeking and
     attracting good candidates, and streamlining the hiring and onboarding processes.

   None.
