1. CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
   Chair Domeika called the meeting to order at 5:35PM.

2. ADDITIONS TO AGENDA
   2.1 Vaccinations and Issues Surrounding Vaccinations
       Motion by: C. McGlynn
       To add Vaccinations and Issues Surrounding Vaccinations to the agenda as item 5.3
       Second by: S. Hickey
       Vote: Unanimous

   To approve the December 7, 2020 Personnel Committee meeting minutes.

5. *PRIORITY DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS
   5.1 Paraprofessional Negotiations
       The Paraprofessional negotiations will be starting shortly. Superintendent Burt asked the
       Committee members to share any questions or concerns about the process. One component
       of negotiations will involve moving these staff to a high-deductible health insurance plan
       that will bring them in line with other bargaining groups in the District.

  5.2 Human Resources Update
      Human Resources Director Shannon Ramsby provided an overview of hiring, vacancies,
      employee demographics, and completed personnel initiatives. The District has hired 21
      tutors to help support recovering the learning initiatives.

  5.3 Vaccinations and Issues Surrounding Vaccinations
      Superintendent Burt shared an update on staff vaccination issues as they relate to returning
      to in-person work.
