1. CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Chris McGlynn called the meeting to order at 6:05PM.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
3.1 Interviews for Board of Education vacancy
Motion by: M. Tomasi
To enter Executive Session to interview candidates for Board of Education
vacancy.
Second by: A. Domeika
Vote: Unanimous
Teresa Pineau was invited into Executive Session from 6:10-6:40PM.
Michael Singletary was invited into Executive Session from 6:45-7:20PM.
Joanne Rose was invited into Executive Session from 7:25-8:00PM.
3.2 Discussion Concerning Candidate Selection for Board of Education Vacancy
(unless candidates request open session)
At 8:00PM the Board of Education conferred in Executive Session until 9:40PM.
At 9:40PM C. McGlynn brought the Board out of Executive Session.

4.1 *Motion(s) regarding appointment to the Board of Education to fill vacancy
Motion by: M. Tomasi
To approve Joanne Rose to fill the Board of Education Vacancy.
