Chair Alexander Oliphant called the meeting to order at 6:02PM.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION: PERSONNEL MATTER
3.1 *Proposed for Executive Session: Discussion Regarding Attorney Client Privileged
Written Memorandum (legal advice regarding procedures for administrator complaint)
Motion by: M. Gignac
To enter Executive Session for a discussion regarding attorney client privileged written
memorandum inviting in Attorney Thomas Mooney.
Second by: C. Rivers
Vote: Unanimous
The board entered into executive session at 6:03PM.
At 7:34PM A.Oliphant brought the Board out of Executive Session.

To delegate further action to legal counsel regarding administrator complaint.
