Dear Mrs. O’Meara,
| am writing to inform you of my intention to resign from my position as a
paraprofessional at CES effective December 15, 2023.
While | absolutely love working with kids and feeling like | am making a
positive impact on so many little lives, | simply can no longer stay ina
demanding and stressful job that provides such little opportunity for financial
growth

come to the realization that | need to look beyond the walls of CES to provide
a brighter future for myself and my family, which is why | have made the very
difficult decision to resign.
| will miss the wonderful staff members, many of whom have become great
friends, and the children | have had the privilege of working with over the past
seven years.
