RECRUITMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
The Board of Education will appoint qualified persons to all administrative positions in the Colchester School
System, based on recommendations made by the Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for the
posting of positions, recruitment, and screening of candidates and bringing to the Board the best candidate
