MINUTES
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT : Margo Gignac, Donna Antonacci and Stefanie Tracey-Calash.
ADMINISTRATION PRESENT : Superintendent Daniel P. Sullivan, III.
OTHERS PRESENT : Executive Assistant to the Superintendent Alyssa Fratoni.
1. MEETING OPENING
1.1. Call to Order
D. Antonacci called the meeting to order at 3:31 PM

All Committee Members present, Superintendent Sullivan arrived at 3:33 PM.

Motion to approve minutes from June 17, 2024 Policy Committee Meeting.

Roll Call: S. Tracey-Calash abstained, M. Gignac and D. Antonacci in favor.
Vote: Motion carried
The Committee reviewed the policies going to First Read, Second Read, and First and Second
Read at the Board of Education Special Meeting later that evening since Committee Member S.
Tracey-Calash was absent during the last Policy Committee Meeting.
Superintendent Sullivan left the meeting at 4:20 PM.
Superintendent Sullivan returned to the meeting at 4:23 PM.
4. *PRIORITY DISCUSSION / ACTION ITEMS
4.1 “Discussion and Possible Action on proposed update for Policy 1325 Advertising and
Promotion in the School System.
The Committee discussed Policy 1325 Advertising and Promotion in the School
System at length, as well as discussing the proposed Banner Fees update from Bacon
Academy Athletic Director Kevin Burke. Superintendent Sullivan will work with K. Burke
over the Summer on this Policy.
Motion by: D. Antonacci
Motion to table Policy 1325 Advertising and Promotion in the School System until
later in the Summer after Superintendent Sullivan has a meeting with Athletic Director
Burke.
Second: M. Gignac
Roll Call: All in favor
Vote: Motion carried
Superintendent Sullivan left the meeting at 4:38 PM.
4.2 “Discussion and Possible Action on Policy 2400 Evaluation on Superintendent and
Other Administrators.
Motion by: D. Antonacci
Motion to table Policy 2400 Evaluation on Superintendent and Other
Administrators due to time constraints.
Second: M. Gignac
