BOF Members Present: Chairman R. Tarlov, B. Dennler, M. Egan, M. Hayes, A. Bisbikos, A. Migliaccio
Also Present: CFO M. Cosgrove, First Selectman M. Bylone, Superintendent Jeffrey Burt

APPROVAL OF MINUTES — Regular Meeting 05/05 — Motion by M. Hayes, 2" by M. Egan. Vote was unanimous, MOTION CARRIED 6-0.
Public Hearing 05/04 — Motion by B. Dennler, 2"4 by M. Hayes. Vote was unanimous, MOTION CARRIED 6-0.

CITIZENS’ COMMENTS — Some citizens spoke about their desire to delay any decisions on the budget until after Board members and
others have been able to analyze the 151 page document containing guidance on how ARPA funds may be used and if any items in the
budgets can be paid for using those funds.

Tarlov was unwilling to vote on moving the budget forward as he had not received the document to review the ARPA guidance.
