The Committee discussed Policies 3000 Concept and Roles in Business & Non-instructional
Operations, 3100 Budget/Budgeting Systems, and 3110 Budget Planning. It is the Committee's opinion
to combine and edit these policies along with Policies 3113 Setting Budget Priorities and 3120
Preparation of Budget Document. They will wait until the Superintendent is present at a Policy Meeting
to get his input and approval.
