                                          SETTING BUDGET PRIORITIES


The Board of Education will, on an annual basis, establish and approve budget guidelines and priorities.

In preparing the budget the administration shall keep in mind the following:

    1. Staff for current programs

    2. Instructional supplies and equipment for current programs

    3. Maintenance of facilities

    4. New staff to improve current programs

    5. Equipment and supplies to improve current programs

    6. Staff, instructional supplies and equipment for new programs
