MINUTES
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Michelle Millington and Stefanie Tracey-Calash.
ADMINISTRATION PRESENT : Assistant Superintendent Jessica L. Kuckel and Bacon Academy (BA)

OTHERS PRESENT : Executive Assistant to the Superintendent Alyssa Fratoni, Board Chair Donna

1, MEETING OPENING
1.1. Call to Order
M. Millington called the meeting to order at 4:33 PM.
1.2 Roll Call
M. Millington present.
S. Tracey-Calash and R. Gignac not present at this time.
2. *PRIORITY DISCUSSION / ACTION ITEMS
2.1. | *Review, discussion and possible action on results from the Magnet Survey
S. Tracey-Calash arrived at 4:39 PM.
The Committee discussed each question’s results and better ways to visually show the results.
A.Zaugg left the meeting at 5:03 PM.
A.Fratoni will print out the raw data set and share with the committee members to more
thoroughly review.
A.Fratoni left the meeting at 5:15 PM.
2.2. *Discussion and Possible Action of Next Steps
The Committee discussed the potential next steps, including a second survey or another poll
of the community after reviewing the complete data set.
Next steps will be determined at the next committee meeting in hopes of presenting and
making recommendations to the Full Board at the February Board of Education meeting.
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 27, 2025 at 4:30 PM located at the Board
of Education Ceniral Office.
