BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT : Chair Donna Antonacci, Vice-Chair Christopher Rivers, Secretary
Margo Gignac, Alexander Oliphant, Michelle Millington, Rosemary Gignac and Stefanie
Tracey-Calash.

ADMINISTRATION PRESENT : Superintendent Daniel P. Sullivan, III, Assistant Superintendent
Jessica L. Kuckel

1. MEETING OPENING
1.1. Call to Order
D.Antonacci called the meeting to order at 7:20 PM

1.2 Roll Call
D.Antonacci conducted roll call of the Board.
2. *PRIORITY TI ITEM

2.1. Discussion on Performance Goals

Superintendent Sullivan reviewed his self-reflection evaluation. He and the Board are proud
that everyone is working in collaboration, from the Board to Superintendent to Administration to
individual schools and teachers. This has created a positive culture throughout the district.

2.2. Progress and Discussion on District Goals

Discussion was had on how to promote the goals and celebrate goals within the community.
There was also discussion about how to get the entire community involved in school events and what
can be done to educate the public about what the Board does. The Superintendent discussed ideas
around educating the public on all town boards’ roles and responsibilities.

2.3. Team-Building
A team building game was played.

2.4. Board Self-Reflection
The Board discussed the past year, what went well and what could have gone better.

2.5. Next Steps
The Board will continue to work on communication within the community and building
community trust.
