On Tuesday, October 7th, Kayla lngalla and Mike Morelli demonstrated exceptional
professionalism and vigilance to ensure the safety of our students.
During dismissal, two children were being picked up by an individual who did not have proper
identification. Kayla immediately questioned the person and made the necessary calls to verify
their identity, while Mike ensured that the children remained safe and secure. As it tumed out,
the individual was not authorized to pick up the students.
Thanks to Kayla's quick thinking and Mike's calm and protective response, the children were
kept out of harm's way. Their actions reflect the highest standards of care and dedication that
we value in our school community.
