Form must be submitted at least 2 weeks p or to the Field Trip for ln-State Tnps and'10 weeks priorto the Field Trip for Oul-of-State Trips
2. lf approved by your Administrator, the form must be sent lo the Assistant Superintendenl for approval.
3. lf approved by theAssistant Superintendent, the form will be sent to the Superintendent for approval.
4. lf the Trip is Out-of-State, it will be brought lo the Board of Education al their next scheduled lvleeting for approval and fnal decision.
