the memo section of the check.

Online payment: Credit card payments are accepted through MyPaymentsPlus.com Please

ACCOUNT INFORMATION
All students have a 5 digit student ID#, this is the same number to access their meal
account to purchase meals, snacks and a la carte items. For students K-8, snack/milk can be
purchased with cash. If you choose to allow your child(ren) to purchase snack/milk through
their meal account, (again K-8), please email the cafeteria manager at the school your child(ren)
attends – which can be found on the menu posted on our website colchesterct.org. If notification
isn’t received from a parent/guardian to purchase snack/milk through a meal account (K-8),
students are expected to pay for snack items at the time of purchase. Charging the purchase
of a snack/milk/2nd meal will not be allowed.

Charging Policy: Charging is not encouraged by the Board, but on those occasions that a
student does not have lunch money, s/he will be permitted to charge a reimbursable
meal but is expected to be paid for the next day. Please refer to our charging policy found
at colchesterct.org, policy #s 3542.04 and 3542.04R.
